With over 14 years of practical pharmacy experience and eight years of expert regulatory experience, I have observed compliance issues within pharmacies and healthcare facilities and identified gaps that could have prevented noncompliance that disrupted services. I’ve pinpointed areas in policies that required improvements to decrease noncompliance and provided educational opportunities to staff to ensure practitioners stay abreast of clinical and operational information. My passion is to ensure that facilities operate at the highest standards to provide optimal services to their patients.
